By accessing or using SugarBowl.ie ("the Platform", "we", "us"), owned and operated by Kingdom Software Tech, with registered business address at Uimhir a Ceathair, Sráid Mhainchín, Oileán an Rí, Luimneach, Ireland ("the Operator"), contactable at [email protected] and +353 61 788 564, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund & Billing Policy, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity carried out under your account.

We reserve the absolute right to remove content, suspend or permanently ban any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where we believe these rules have been broken or where we believe doing so protects the safety of our community or our payment processors.
SugarBowl.ie is a social-discovery and dating platform for adults who are open to mutually beneficial companionship. It is not an escort agency, not a marketplace for sexual services, not a sugar-baby "allowance" service, and not a payment conduit between members.
Any gifts, financial generosity, mentorship, travel, or other benefits that members may choose to offer one another in the course of a relationship occur entirely between consenting adults, off-platform, at their own risk and at their own initiative. The Operator does not facilitate, process, broker, guarantee, enforce or take any commission on any such gifts or transfers, and does not warrant that any member will ever provide any such benefit.

SugarBowl.ie is a platform for real, verifiable human members. The use, upload, posting, transmission or distribution of any AI-generated, AI-assisted or AI-altered content, including but not limited to text, photos, avatars, profile bios, prompt answers, messages, voice notes, video, deepfakes, face swaps, "enhanced" or synthetically generated imagery, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Platform, including profiles, private galleries and direct messages.

Our determination as to whether content is AI-generated is final. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Operator has the full right to take any and all of the actions described in this Section and waive any claim arising from the good-faith exercise of these rights. This Section survives termination of your account.
Subscriptions are available exclusively to "Sugar Daddy" (provider) accounts. "Sugar Baby" (seeker) accounts are entirely free and are never charged.

Memberships and private-gallery unlocks are digital services that begin to be supplied as soon as you complete checkout. By completing checkout you expressly:
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds, including for any unused portion of your 30-day access period, Premium access once it has been activated, or private-gallery unlocks that have been opened. Full details are in the Refund & Billing Policy.
If you have any billing question or dispute, you must contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback for a service you have used, without first attempting resolution with us, is treated as a breach of these Terms and an act of fraud. Such accounts are immediately and permanently banned, all associated accounts are blocked, and we reserve the right to recover processor fees, administrative costs and any abuse of the dispute process. We cooperate fully with our payment processor on all disputes and will provide evidence of consent, delivery and use of the service.
Members may set a one-time unlock price (between €3 and €150) for access to their private photo gallery. The Platform retains a 12.5% service fee on each transaction; the remaining 87.5% is credited to the seller's gallery balance.
Every profile is reviewed manually. We offer voluntary selfie-verification for all members and require KYC for gallery sellers. We may at any time require additional ID. If you suspect a member is under 18, or that any illegal content is on the Platform, please report it immediately via the in-app "Report" button or by emailing [email protected]. You may also report directly to hotline.ie or An Garda Síochána.
The Operator has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, and modern slavery in any form. We cooperate proactively and fully with Irish, EU and international law enforcement. Suspected cases will result in immediate account preservation and referral to An Garda Síochána, and where applicable, NCMEC and INHOPE-network hotlines.
All profiles are subject to review and ongoing moderation. We reserve the right to reject, suspend or remove any profile, photo or piece of content at our sole discretion. Approved profiles may still be removed if found to violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with other members or the success of any connection. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to refunds, chargebacks, IPR, indemnity, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, save that consumers resident in the EU retain any non-waivable rights under their local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email and/or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
